Meet Spring, one of the Lemon Cream Sisters. Spring is fresh as a daisy and ready for any spring shower that might come along. She loves playing in the rain and splashing in puddles. Favorite food? Lemon sherbet!

Meet Summer, the other half of the Lemon Cream Sisters! Summer spends hours and hours in the strawberry patch. She loves to cook. Her favorite dish? Strawberry shortcake with strawberry lemonade, of course!

The Lemon Cream Sisters are made from original Rockford Red Heel socks that have been hand-dyed to a perfect lemmony yellow color. Each gal is dressed in a mix of vintage linens, dyed to match their complexion and new clothes that are just perfect for their individual personalities.

Spring and Summer have gone to live with Rachel and Ashleigh in Marietta, GA.

Chester

Chester is the first hand-felted sock monkey born at Sock Monkey Ranch! He's the tiny little monkey with a big personality. Chester's quite a little character - just under 2 1/2 inches of wooly fun when seated. He's made of 100% wool rovings and has an antiquey look. Chester now lives with Chelle in Michigan.

Crystal Blue Sock Monkey
Crystal Blue

Crystal Blue was born with a twinkle in her button eyes and a penchant for pulling pranks.

When she get's caught, she flashes that sweet little smile and an innocent, "Who me?" look...don't fall for it!

Crystal Blue was adopted by Beth and has become a part of Sock Monkey Ministries in Alabama.

Pop over to their web site and see all the great things they are doing.

Meet Little Bit!

Little Bit is our newest addition to the Sock Monkey Ranch Family. He only 6 inches tall and is made from a pair of vintage baby socks from Nelson Knitting Company (Rockford).

I'm not sure, but I think these socks were made by the company as samples for sales reps to use. I'll have to check with my friend Bonnie. She wrote Everything's Coming Up Sock Monkeys and is the expert on these things.

Little Bit will be a permanent addition to Sock Monkey Ranch...I just can't bear to think of giving him up!

Here's a picture of him with Miss Millie. See how tiny he is!

Blue Boy

Blue Boy was born on April 2, 2008. His first outing was a trip to South Mountain Farm for a photo shoot. That's were we discovered that he loves to be in front of a camera! Blue Boy will be a permanent resident of the ranch, in charge of growing yummy vegetables for Betsy to use in her kitchen.

Blue Boy seems to have a made friends with the roosters and hens here at the ranch, so we have also named him the CEO (Chief Egg Organizer) of the Chicken Coop. It's a big job, but we're sure that Blue Boy will do an "egg"strodinary job!

Bonnie Blue

Bonnie Blue was the first blue sock monkey born at Sock Monkey Ranch. She has gone to live in New Jersey with Bonnie Kraus Connelly, author of Everything's Coming Up Sock Monkeys.

If you haven't read Bonnie's book yet, you are in for a wonderful surprise at the amount of information she has gathered about the awesome, wonderful, magical, lovable American Sock Monkey. Pick up a copy today!
